The Village of Warsaw will observe Halloween on Saturday, October 30th

Artisan Villa will host a trunk or treat event from 3-6 pm

Halloween Photos taken by Carlson’s Studio at the Fire Hall from 3:30-6:30 pm

Kiwanis Parade starts at Monument at 6 pm sharp and ends at Fire Hall where judging will held

Artisan Villa Haunted Trail from 3-9 pm

9 pm curfew for all Halloween activities
